# CRM - Automação com E-mail

Criar uma automação passo a passo envolve a criação de um processo automatizado para executar tarefas específicas sem intervenção manual.

## Para criar uma Automação no CRM com o E-mail, siga o passo a passo;

1. Após abrir seu CRM, clique em “Automações”;

Pode-se criar essas Automações de E-mail:&#x20;

* Enviar e-mail para o Lead;
* Enviar e-mail para um funcionário.

> No exemplo desse tutorial, está sendo criada a Automação “Enviar e-mail para o Lead”;

2. Para criar a Automação, clique no ícone de “+”;

3. Insira um Título;
4. Se necessário, coloque um “Gatilho”;&#x20;
5. Se necessário, coloque uma “Condição”;

> Para que a ação inicie só de do Lead entrar na Oportunidade não há necessidade de Gatilho e nem Condição.

6. Em ações, clique no botão de “Nova Ação” selecione uma das opções de envio de E-mail (no exemplo, envio de e-mail para o lead);

7. Configure a ação;

* Escolha se é por E-mail Marketing ou E-mail IMAP;
* Para E-mail Marketing, selecione qual será enviado (necessário a criação na função E-mail;
* Para E-mail IMAP, as configurações de envio aparecerão para se montar diretamente na tela.

8. Coloque uma descrição completa;
9. Em “Repetir Ações”, deixe como “Sem repetições”;
10. &#x20;Em “Apenas um único acionamento por oportunidade?”, deixe como “SIM”.&#x20;

11. Clique em “Salvar Automação”;
