# CRM - Automação para alterar a Oportunidade de Etapa no Funil após Período Pré-Determinado

## Com este artigo, você aprenderá a criar uma automação no seu CRM para alterar automaticamente as etapas das Oportunidades após um período pré-determinado. A automação pode ser configurada para cada etapa ou para todo o funil.

1. **Criar uma Automação:**

* Acesse seu CRM: Pelo “Encontrar Serviços”. Ou basta digitar o nome, que a função aparece.
* Vá para a seção de Automações.
* Inicie a criação: Clique em "Criar Automação" utilizando o botão "+".

2. **Configurar e Salvar:**

* **Insira um Título:** Dê um nome descritivo para a automação.
* **Configure um Gatilho:** Escolha um gatilho de sua preferência.
* **Configure a Condição:** É possível utilizar a condição “Tempo da oportunidade na etapa…”

> Mas atenção: sem o uso de gatilhos, será necessário ativar as verificações de condições. Essas verificações ocorrerão em intervalos de tempo variados, que podem ir de minutos a horas, dependendo da quantidade de automações e leads em sua instância.

* **Escolha a Ação:** Esperar.
* **Escolha a Ação:** Alterar o funil/etapa da oportunidade
* **Configure** a Ação.
* **Descreva** exatamente o que a ação irá fazer.
* **Salve a Automação:** Após configurar, salve a automação.

3. **Executar a Automação:**

* **Inicie a Automação:** Dê o “play” para começar a execução.
