# CRM - Como fazer uma automação de CRM que mude o estágio do lead e a etapa

Agora que você já sabe criar estágios e já conhece sobre suas finalidades, aprenda a fazer uma automação de CRM alterando o estágio do lead e a etapa, quando um lead agendar uma reunião.

Siga os passos abaixo:

1 - No funil da etapa de CRM clique no ícone da automação

2 - Clique no sinal de + para criar uma nova automação
