# SAC 360º - Visualização de Contas (Atendimentos)

Com esta funcionalidade você poderá selecionar uma ou mais contas que deseja visualizar os atendimentos na etapa aguardando do SAC 360.

<mark style="background-color:purple;">**Situação: Não consigo ver os atendimentos de um WhatsApp específico. Como resolver?**</mark>

Siga o passo a passo abaixo:

1 - Acesse o SAC

2 - Nas configurações do SAC 360, vá em Funil / Pipeline, e selecione a/as contas no campo “Visualizar somente as contas”.

* Caso NENHUMA conta esteja selecionada, você terá acesso à visualização dos atendimentos de TODAS AS CONTAS.
* Caso você selecione uma ou mais contas, apenas os atendimentos DESTAS CONTAS indicadas poderão ser vistos.

3 - Após selecionar as contas, salve a configuração.
