# SAC 360º - Criando e alterando entre funis de atendimento

### Criando o novo funil.

Após criar o seu primeiro funil, volte novamente a página de criação e clique no botão "Novo Funil"

Novamente será feito a pergunta de um nome, e logo será adicionado ao lado em baixo do seu primeiro funil.

Assim como no primeiro, você pode criar etapas específicas para esse funil, diferenciado ele do outro.

### Como alterar entre os funis?

No canto superior direito do kanban, vai ter um campo mostrando o nome do funil, clicando aparece os funis que você tem disponível para visualizar.

Selecionando logo aparece o novo funil.

O card "Aguardando" é universal entre todos os funis, então se um cliente estiver ali e você deseja arrasta-lo para outro funil, apenas mude a visualização e ele continuara no card.
