# SAC 360° - Voltando um Atendimento para a Fila

Para voltar seu atendimento para a fila, clique no atendimento, em seguida no ícone de três pontos, e em "**Voltar a fila"**.

Feito isso, seu atendimento retornará à fila "**Aguardando Atendimento**" e terá o status definido como "**Pendente**".
