With this feature you can select one or more accounts for which you want to view the cases in the SAC 360 waiting stage.
Issue: I can't see the cases from a specific WhatsApp. How to resolve?
Follow the step-by-step below:
1 - Access the SAC
2 - In the SAC 360 settings, go to Funnel / Pipeline, and select the account(s) in the “View only these accounts” field.
If NO account is selected, you will have access to the view of cases from ALL ACCOUNTS.
If you select one or more accounts, only the cases FROM THOSE SPECIFIED ACCOUNTS will be visible.
3 - After selecting the accounts, save the configuration.
