SAC 360º - Account (Tickets) View

With this feature you can select one or more accounts for which you want to view the cases in the SAC 360 waiting stage.

Issue: I can't see the cases from a specific WhatsApp. How to resolve?

Follow the step-by-step below:

1 - Access the SAC

2 - In the SAC 360 settings, go to Funnel / Pipeline, and select the account(s) in the “View only these accounts” field.

  • If NO account is selected, you will have access to the view of cases from ALL ACCOUNTS.

  • If you select one or more accounts, only the cases FROM THOSE SPECIFIED ACCOUNTS will be visible.

3 - After selecting the accounts, save the configuration.
