* The "Limit to accounts" filter for SAC automations is now only applied when there is at least one channel selected in "Limit to channels", just like the interface shows (the account selector only appears when there is a channel). Before, an account that had been saved without any channel ended up invisibly restricting the automation, causing the mass start to run only in that account instead of all.
