  • A new condition The service channel is for chatbots was added. With it, you will be able to check the current conversation channel of a chatbot (in cases of chatbots that converse through multiple channels)

  • A new token {dayperiod=DAY|AFTERNOON|NIGHT} was added. This token will be replaced by different texts depending on the current time of day when it is swapped. Example: {dayperiod=Good morning|Good afternoon|Good evening} will be replaced by "Good morning" in the morning period, "Good afternoon" in the afternoon period, and "Good evening" in the night period.

  • A new token {random=text1|text2|text3|textN} was added. This token will be replaced by different texts (separated by "|") randomly.

  • A new set of action and trigger "Broadcast" was added to the system. With it, you will be able to send custom triggers between different automations of the system

FIXES: Actions of the type "Wait" in automations will now appear in the lead history

UPDATES:

  • A new condition "Ask GPT" was added in automation conditions. With it, you can ask Chat GPT a question regarding the lead's data, and it will answer as "Positive" or "Negative"

  • Now when starting an AI agent through the chatbot it will be possible to use previously exchanged messages.

  • Configure an intelligent output in initialized gpt agents, which will make the agent stop conversing when the provided condition is met

  • The Change access permissions action for the lead now allows adding new permissions to the current one, instead of replacing it

  • Now an AI agent will be able to "poke" the lead when it is close to the closing date

  • A new action Synchronize lead source was added. With it, you can modify your lead's source based on other leads from the same company

  • The campaign planner was moved to the CRM, and will now show updated data on the dashboard

  • Unarchive a lead when it fills out a SprintHub form -

FIXES: Fixes time distribution in Public Calendars, where certain schedule configurations allowed the lead to schedule a time that should not have been available.
