# Chatbot - Transferindo para um atendente humano com o ChatGPT

## Configurando o chatbot com o modelo GPT

Para exemplificar, foi desenvolvido um chatbot com a seguinte configuração:

1. Uma mensagem inicial é enviada ao lead;
2. O Modelo GPT é acionado, observando e respondendo ao lead com base em seu [treinamento](/topicos/inteligencia-artificial/agentes-de-ia/agentes-de-i.a-legado-aviso/modelos-chatgpt/modelos-chatgpt-website-e-texto.md). Caso a condição de saída antecipada seja identificada, o agente será finalizado, e o fluxo seguirá para a saída negativa localizada abaixo do bloco;
3. O lead receberá uma mensagem informando que o atendimento será transferido;
4. O atendimento será então transferido através de uma ação, podendo ser direcionado a um usuário específico ou algum que esteja dentro do departamento desejado.
