Keeping track of your activities is essential to ensure productivity and efficiency in your routine. In SprintHub, you can create reminders so you don't forget anything, whether it's a task, a contact, a support case in SAC 360º or an opportunity in the CRM.

🔹 What is a reminder?

A reminder is a notification that serves to alert you about something that needs to be done at a specific time or date. With it, you ensure that no important action goes unnoticed.

🔹 Where you can create reminders

1️⃣ Task Reminder

Ideal for organizing your everyday activities. For example, you can create a reminder to:

  • Get in touch with a client.

  • Review important documents.

  • Monitor delivery deadlines.

The reminder will be displayed in your calendar and in your task boards, making tracking easier.

2️⃣ Contact Reminder

Never forget to call or send a message to someone important. With the contact reminder, you can schedule alerts to:

  • Return calls.

  • Send proposals.

  • Confirm meetings.

3️⃣ Reminder in Support Case in SAC 360º

If you work with customer support and service, reminders in SAC 360º help to:

  • Ensure follow-ups.

  • Track outstanding issues.

  • Delegate activities to other team members.

This ensures that no support case is forgotten and that all customers receive a response within the deadline.

4️⃣ Reminder on Opportunity in the CRM

In opportunity management, it is essential to always be attentive to the next steps. With the reminder in the CRM, you can:

  • Track negotiations.

  • Remember to send commercial proposals.

  • Schedule follow-up meetings with potential clients.

This way, you keep your pipeline always updated and avoid missing business opportunities.

🔹 How to create a reminder

The process is simple and quick:

  1. Select where you want to create the reminder: Task, Contact, Support Case or Opportunity.

  2. Click Create Reminder.

  3. Choose the alert time. You can set:

    • A specific date and time.

    • In 1h, 2h or 3h from the moment of creation.

    • In 24h, Tomorrow morning or Tomorrow afternoon.

    • In Monday, if the reminder is created on the weekend.

    • In 7 days or 30 days.

  4. Add a description or note, if necessary.

  5. Save and done! You will receive the alert at the right time.

💡 Tip: Use reminders to organize not only urgent tasks, but also long-term ones. This helps keep your routine more organized and prevents forgetfulness.
