# Permissão Adicionada
Agora, a funcionalidade Mudar Permissões de Acesso permite adicionar novas permissões às já existentes, em vez de substituí-las completamente.
Por exemplo, imagine que leads capturados pelo chatbot principal já possuem permissões de acesso configuradas. Porém, ao alcançarem uma etapa específica no SAC, você deseja conceder acesso a outro usuário. Com essa nova abordagem, isso é possível de forma simples e eficiente.
