# SAC 360° - Activating ChatBot Manually

To **activate** a ChatBot in your support in Sac 360°, follow the steps below:

After creating your ChatBot, click on the **robot** located at the bottom of the support.

Choose which ChatBot you want to use in the support;

After selecting your Bot, it will start the sequence of scheduled messages.

You have the flexibility to configure your bot according to your preferences. In the following example, we demonstrate a configuration that allows the bot to validate the lead's data and enter it into the appropriate fields, making the support more efficient and simplifying lead data management.

Note that the information was automatically recorded in the corresponding fields according to the responses provided by the Lead.

If you wish to **deactivate** the bot, just click on it again, and it will be deactivated.
