SAC 360° - How to "resolve" tickets in bulk

To resolve tickets in bulk follow the step-by-step;

Select the tickets tab in which you want to archive, whether 'Tickets Assigned to You' or 'Waiting for Service', Then click the square icon and select.

After clicking the button, all your tickets will be automatically selected. If you wish, you can uncheck those you do not want to include.

Then click on 'Resolve Tickets'. Shortly after your tickets will be moved to the 'Resolved Tickets'.
