# 360° Support Hub - How to "resolve" tickets in bulk

To resolve tickets in bulk follow the step-by-step;

Select the tickets tab in which you want to archive, whether '**Tickets Assigned to You**' or '**Waiting for Service**', Then click the square icon and select.&#x20;

After clicking the button, **all** your tickets will be automatically selected. If you wish, you can uncheck those you do not want to include.

Then click on '**Resolve Tickets**'. Shortly after your tickets will be moved to the '**Resolved Tickets**'.&#x20;
