In SprintHub, you can add the companies you serve, simplifying client management in an organized and efficient way.

How to access the companies menu

In the find services bar, click General and then Companies:

Then click on 'New';

Creating a new company

Click New to add a new company:

Fill in the company information as needed and click Save:

Exporting a list of companies

If you already have a list of companies, you can export it in CSV, XLSX or JSON formats:

Importing companies

It is also possible to import companies into the system. To make it easier, we provide a template spreadsheet to help fill in the fields:

To import, select the desired file type (CSV or XLSX) and upload it directly from your computer.

When importing CNPJs, if there is an error in the Excel sheet, you can convert it to CSV. This happens because Excel applies masks and does not keep the actual value in some cases, such as CNPJs that start with zero.

Manage Conflicts

Choose one of the companies from the list below using the button "Select Company" to merge all the others into it. You can also select the option "Ignore Conflict" if you want to stop receiving warnings related to this conflict.

It is also possible to manage all conflicts at once. When using this option, the company with the Oldest Creation Date.

Linking leads to companies

You can link leads directly to companies, making it easier to identify and manage each lead with its respective company.

On the Leads tab, select the desired lead. Then select the company you want to link it to.

By clicking the Company name, you will see information about the leads associated with the company.
