SAC 360° - Returning a Ticket to the Queue
In SprintHub, it is possible to return a ticket to the queue even after opening it. If you opened the ticket by mistake or want someone else to handle it.

To return your service to the queue, click on the service, then on the three-dot icon, and on "Return to queue".

After that, your service will return to the "Waiting for Service" queue and will have the status set to "Pending".
