# 360° Support Hub - Archived Tickets

Any ticket that you mark as '**Resolved**' will be automatically **archived** after 24 hours. We have a dedicated tab for 'Archived Tickets', which you will not be able to unarchive but instead open a new ticket.

In Sac360°, open the archived tab, you will be able to see all archived tickets.

Once done, you can open a **new ticket** from your ticket **archived**.\
In the **resolved tickets**, click the ticket you want and then in the right corner, click '**New ticket**'.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.sprinthub.com/en/topics/general/sac-360/sac-360-initial-settings/sac-360-archived-tickets.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
