SAC 360° Automation - Starting ticket for the same responsible

To start a support session in the SAC for the same owner, you need to create two automations. Follow the step-by-step:

First automation;

Create an automation in the SAC, with the condition "The lead has a tag" with the configuration "No";

Therefore, by following this instruction, you will be creating an automation that triggers when a lead does not have a specific tag.

Next configure the Actions, in the sequence below;

  • Change lead access permissions

  • Modify the lead's tags

  • Start the support session

Therefore, by following this instruction, you will be configuring the automation to, when triggered, perform these three actions sequentially: change the lead's access permissions, modify the tags associated with that lead and, finally, start the support session for the lead.

  • Change lead access permissions

Configure the Lead permissions this way, and add the desired sequence of users;

  • Modify the lead's tags

Create a tag to add to leads (In the example, we use the tag "Roleta" to facilitate identification)

  • Start the support session

Start the support session with "Use lead owner";

Click Save, and let's move on to the second automation;


Second Automation;

In the second automation, add a Condition "The lead has a tag" with the configuration "Yes, including one of the tags -Roleta-"

In the action add "Start the support session"'

And use "Use lead owner"

CLICK SAVE TO FINISH;

Configure both with 'Limit Status' to 'Waiting' and 'In Support'.
