# SAC 360° Automation - Activate Chatbot when lead sends a keyword
In some cases, you want to start a series of messages via Chatbot with a lead when they send a keyword. This is possible as follows:
In SAC360, when you go to the automations page, create a new automation that does the following:
When creating it this way, customize the Chatbot and the keyword.
This way, any message containing 'message X' will trigger the configured Chatbot.
