# SAC 360° Automation - Activate chatbot when a lead sends a keyword

In some cases, you want to start a series of messages via Chatbot with a lead when they send a keyword. This is possible as follows:

In SAC360, when entering the automations page, create a new automation that does the following:<br>

In this way, any message that contains 'message X' will trigger the configured Chatbot.
