SAC 360° Automation - Mass Sending of Messages with "Wait" in SAC 360°
Looking to understand how to route messages to Leads with a "Wait" system? "Wait"? Let's detail each step below.
Inside SAC 360°, we will create an automation by clicking the corresponding icon.
By clicking, the option "New Automation" will be displayed; just select it.
Now we will configure the automation. Follow the step-by-step instructions.
In the "Trigger", you can choose between two options: "TAG" or "SEGMENT".
Remembering that it would not be necessary to include "Conditions"
In "Actions", you can select "Wait", allowing you to customize the pause according to your preference.
By placing a second "Action", you can add the option to " Send a Message"
In the "Additional Settings", you can determine the triggering of this automation, leaving only a single trigger per Lead.
It will only trigger if there is the atendimento in SAC 360°
Remember, if the option is yes for "Only a single trigger per Lead", this automation will only be triggered once per lead, even if the atendimentos are different.
To finish, click "Save", and your automation will be ready.
Placing it on the main Automations screen of SAC 360°, you need to click the "Play", then the automation will be available.
