# SAC 360º Automation – Setting the Condition: Lead source is

#### With SprintHub, you can identify the source of Leads through filters and use them as conditions. This strategy enables more efficient management, making better use of Leads based on their source.

1. **Create an Automation:**

* **Access your Customer Service:** Through “Find Services.” Or simply type the name, and the feature appears.

* **Enter a Title:** Give the automation a descriptive name.
* **Configure a Trigger:** It is possible to use a trigger of your choice.
* **Configure the Condition:** The lead source is…
