# SAC 360º Automation - Identifying Leads that interact with the ad with Tag and Segment

## With SAC automation, you can identify your leads through tags and segments, based on their interactions with your ads on Meta.

### To create and run this automation, follow these steps:

1. **Create an Automation:**

* Go to SAC 360° through “Find Services.” Or simply type the name, and the feature will appear.
* Go to the “Automations” section and then click “+ New Automation”;

2\. **Configure and Save**

* **Enter a Title:** Give the automation a descriptive name.
* **Configure a Trigger:** Choose a trigger “Interact with an ad (Meta)\
  *<mark style="color:blue;">Can be limited by IDs or set to apply to all ads. It is also possible to include past interactions.</mark>*
* **Define the Condition:** Choose a condition of your preference.
* **Choose the Action:** Modify Lead tags and/or Modify Lead segments
* **Configure** the Action.&#x20;
* **Describe** exactly what the action will do.
* **Save the Automation:** After configuring, save the automation.

3\. **Run the Automation:**

* Start the Automation: Hit “play” to begin execution.
