SAC 360º - Transferring Service Ticket - Lunch Time

In this case you want the sessions of users who are on lunch break to be transferred to other users.

Follow these steps:

1 - Access SAC 360

2 - Click on the SAC 360 automation icon, and enter a Title,

• In + Trigger: we use the example of when the lead sends any message.

• + Condition: When the person responsible for the session is the user who is on lunch break AND the time is within the established period.

• + Action: Start Session >> Sequentially User, click New and indicate the users who will receive the session.
