SAC 360º - Relate Service Ticket

In SAC 360 service records, there is a function that allows you to link or remove the link of the service record to the lead.

Imagine a situation where you deleted a lead by mistake, and that lead has an open service record in SAC. In this situation, the service record is not removed and remains in SAC as an Unrelated Service Record, as shown below:

Unrelated service records do not receive automations. So if you create this lead again, it will enter the platform with a new id, and it will not be automatically linked to that service record.

For that, you will need to click Link and choose the lead to which this service record will be linked.

Attention: it is not possible to link a service record to leads that ALREADY HAVE a service record.
