Chatbot - Sending welcome message

You can create a chatbot so that new leads receive a welcome message and are added to a segment.

Segments are important to carry out marketing actions according to your business strategy. First, it will be necessary to create the New Leads segment.

Now, let's configure the chatbot.

1 - Access Chatbot in the Menu

2 - Configure the initial part, adding name, advanced triggers, and leave Published at the end of the configuration. To learn more about this initial part of the chatbot, click here.

3 - Click Open builder, then Start

  • Add the Condition “Lead's segment”, indicate the segment.

  • In NEGATIVE OUTPUT of the condition, if the lead is not in the segment, add the action “Send a Message”, and also the action “Change the Lead's Segments” adding this new lead to the segment.

  • In POSITIVE OUTPUT of the condition, if the lead is already in the segment, let's add the tag “Returned”.

Click Apply and Save and Close
