Chatbot - How to send audios

In addition to being able to send text messages, you can also set up chatbots that send recorded audios. See the step-by-step below: 1 - Access the Chatbot

2 - Click + New, then:

• Add the name;

• Set the advanced triggers in New Trigger. There you can configure the channels from which they will receive these services (WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger), limit it to when the lead sends a specific word or phrase, define the chatbot's operating hours, and add filters. 3 - In the builder, click Start, and in action, type Send Multimedia.

Attention: in the Send Multimedia block click the file icon to upload, or choose the file previously added in the File Manager.

The accepted audio format is MP3/MP4. Other formats are not accepted.
