Chatbot - Skip action block

Imagine a situation where you set up a Chatbot, and notice that it stops responding on its own. Avoid this behavior by following this article. This can happen in cases where the lead answered something outside the expected response value. The “Skip Action” block is a feature that allows the Chatbot to continue in this situation.

Follow the step-by-step below:

1 - Go to Chatbot, and after configuring the initial information, open the builder.

2 - In the builder, add the “Skip Action” block to the negative output of the “Response Value” block, and add the number of times the Chatbot will return to the indicated question if the lead answers something outside the expected value.

Save the configuration.
