In SprintHub you can integrate your ChatGPT models directly into your ChatBot. This provides a more advanced and personalized experience to ChatBot users.
To use your ChatGPT models in your Chat Bots, click on Convert and then on Chat Bot.
Then click on New;
After completing the process of filling out and customizing your ChatBot according to your preferences, open the builder;
After starting the process of creating your bot, click on "Actions".
In the section where you choose the initial action for your bot, click on the option "Start ChatGPT Model" ;
After selecting the ChatGPT model, you have the option to choose which variant of the ChatGPT model and you can set the time the model will continue to respond to the customer for a specific period.

In the ChatGPT Models tab, you can test your bot and check if the responses are aligned with your preferences.
Remember that all questions and answers of your ChatGPT model are configured in the ChatGPT models section. To ensure your bot's effectiveness, create cohesive and customized questions and answers according to your business.
