Chatbot - Transferring support with ChatBot

With SprintHub's chatbot, it is possible to transfer support tickets both to other users and to different departments.

When creating your Chatbot, select a 'Action';

When creating a chatbot, remember to configure the triggers properly so that the bot starts conversations the right way.

Next, select 'Transfer to Support';

After selecting 'Transfer to Support', select the type of transfer: User or Department.

If, choose User, define what type of responsible for the support.

If you prefer to transfer to a specific agent, choose the Responsible Type 'Simple' and then define the responsible.

If you prefer you can transfer to a 'Department' specific, such as Sales, Support among others. This is a common option in companies and organizations that have different departments to handle different types of inquiries or customer needs.
