Chatbot - Transfer leads from 360 Support coming via Chatbot to the CRM funnel

Imagine the scenario where you want to qualify leads coming from the chatbot, ensuring they meet the ideal criteria to advance in the sales funnel. Or in cases where you want to transfer the chatbot interaction to human agents enabling the identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This tutorial, divided into three parts, will guide you.

Summary of the steps:

  • Create a segment;

  • Configure the chatbot so that it saves the leads in the segment;

  • Configure the automation in SAC 360 so that it starts from the chatbot and creates a new opportunity in the CRM.

Check the details:

  1. Type Segment in the search bar, then click New, and add the information for the segment you want to create, then click Save and Close.

  1. To create the chatbot type in the search: chatbot, then click New.

    Click Open Builder.

  1. When configuring the chatbot, add the action block 'Change Lead Segment', and in the Add to Segment field, select the segment created earlier.

Click Apply.

  1. Go to SAC 360, click the automation icon. Add the trigger, and configure the action to start the chatbot, and create a new opportunity in the funnel.

As soon as a new service is received in this chatbot, the opportunity will be created in the CRM as shown in the image below:
