In the chatbot it is also possible to send a message informing the due date of a boleto, for example. However, it is necessary to make an adjustment so that the message sent to the lead with the date token does not display the time, as shown in the screenshot below:
First, we create a custom lead field named Due Date.
To do this, follow the step-by-step below:
Go to System Settings
Then click +New, add the name, and choose the Date field type. Click Save and Close.
Now go to Chatbot
Complete the initial settings, and click Open Builder.
In the send message block, click the Token icon, and choose the token of the custom field created earlier.
In the message block token, add [date] after the = sign as in the example below:
Save the chatbot.
