SAC 360° - Removing the Relation between the Lead and the Ticket

If errors occur when establishing the relation with a lead, you can remove that link. Or, if there is a need to undo the relation for some other reason.

To remove the Lead's relationship with the service case, open the desired service case in Sac 360°, and then click the three-dot icon.

Then click on 'Remove Relationship'.

After removing the relationship, the lead's data will no longer appear.
