# SAC 360º - How to Create a New Case with a Different WhatsApp Number

#### If your instance is connected to two or more WhatsApp numbers, it is possible to create conversations directly for those other numbers. This way, you avoid asking the lead to contact another number, speed up the process, and assign the conversation to the responsible employee.

{% hint style="danger" %}
To perform this procedure, you must have access permission, via Department, to the other integrated WhatsApp numbers or to all of them
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
This procedure can be performed in both modes: List and Kanban.
{% endhint %}

To create the task, follow the steps below:

1. **Go to SAC 360º:**

* Go to SAC 360º via “Find Services”. Or simply type the name, and the feature appears.
* Open a service and then click the task icon, shown in the image;

**CONCLUSION:**

Using the feature to create conversations with other WhatsApp numbers in SprintHub helps optimize the support flow, reducing steps and providing a faster and more efficient experience for the lead. Additionally, it ensures greater control and organization in the distribution of tasks among employees, without relying on the customer's action to switch channels.
