Whenever the contact sends a message, this name will be prioritized on SprintHub screens (when present).
👉 Example:
You registered "João da Silva" as a contact.
Even if WhatsApp sends "João 🐱", SprintHub will display João da Silva.
🔵 2. Name that comes from WhatsApp (360° Support)
It is the customer's WhatsApp profile name, sent by the WhatsApp API when they start a conversation.
✔️ Characteristics:
Comes directly from WhatsApp and cannot be changed by SprintHub.
Changes automatically if the user changes their name on WhatsApp.
Is visible in 360° Support as WhatsApp Name or WhatsApp Profile.
If the contact is not saved in SprintHub, this will be the name displayed initially.
👉 Example:
The customer's name is “Maria 🌼” on WhatsApp.
If she was never registered in SprintHub, this will be the name shown.
🆚 How does SprintHub decide which name to show?
The rule is simple:
Contact registered in SprintHub
Registration exists, but without a name
🛠️ Where to view each name?
📌 In 360° Support (Kanban Mode):
Main name → 🟢 SprintHub Name (if exists)
Below: "Name on WhatsApp" → 🔵 real profile name
📌 In 360° Support (List Mode):
Main name → 🟢 SprintHub Name
If the contact does not have a registered name or is outdated in SprintHub → will be displayed exactly the WhatsApp profile name.
✏️ When to use each one?
Use the SprintHub Name when you want to:
Create organized contacts
Use in campaigns and automations
Identify recurring customers
Use the WhatsApp Name when:
The customer is not yet registered
You need to validate who the customer is on WhatsApp
The name saved in your database is incorrect
