SAC 360º - How to add a Tag to the Lead

In SprintHub, it is possible to add Tags to Leads through support in SAC 360º.

This procedure can be performed in both modes: List and Kanban.

Follow the step-by-step below:

1. On the support card, click the arrow in the upper right corner, just above the Lead's photo, to open their details.

1. After that, you can add existing tags or create one right away; just click on the “Select Tags” feature.

To create the tag, just type and press enter on the keyboard.

And that's it, your tags have been added!
