In this article, we will learn how to activate Copilot in SAC 360º, making the most of the Artificial Intelligence resources available on the SprintHub platform.

1. Artificial Intelligence Integrations Settings

The first step is to access the System Settings. Then navigate to the Integrations > Artificial Intelligence APIs tab.

Important: With the Artificial Intelligence integrations, you will be able to use features such as AI Agents, Chatbots, automatic translation, text correction and enhancement, among others.

In this section, you should configure:

  • The access keys (API Keys);

  • Choose the AI models you want to use in the system.

2. AI Agents Configuration

After integrating the API, the next step is to configure the AI Agents:

  • Access the platform's search bar;

  • Search for "Converter" > "AI Agents".

It is essential to create and configure your AI Agent before proceeding to the next step.

3. Activating Copilot in SAC 360º

With your agent configured, now let's activate Copilot within SAC 360º:

  • Access the SAC Settings (located in the lower left corner of the screen);

  • Click on the AI Copilot tab;

  • On this screen, you will be able to view all available AI Agents;

  • To activate, just change the agent's Status to Active.

4. Using Copilot in Support

With Copilot active, you will be able to optimize your support in various ways:

  • During the conversation with the lead, click the three dots next to the message and select "Ask Copilot" to get suggestions or automatic responses.

  • If the lead sends a voice message, Copilot is also able to extract and transcribe the content automatically.

Now your SAC 360º is even smarter, allowing you to offer fast, accurate support backed by the best AI technology!
