SAC 360° - Conversation Transfer

In SprintHub, it is possible to perform conversation transfers, allowing the centralization of sales, support and other areas, which results in greater efficiency both in service and in the team.

To transfer a support case in SAC 360°, Start the Service;

Next, click on "Transfer". Set the department to which you want to transfer and indicate the person responsible for the support.

When transferring a case, the new person in charge will receive a warning notification.

Everyone will be able to view the case if they filter by "All cases"; otherwise, the interaction will be visible only to the responsible designated.
