SAC 360° - Adding Notes in the Conversation

You can include additional information or notes during the customer service process, which allows the team handling the service to have a more complete view.

To add a note to the service, follow the step-by-step:

In the main menu, open Sac 360;

Then, open the service you want to insert the note into, and click the 'Add note';

Next, type the note you want and click 'Add';

If you prefer, you can add files to the note;

By clicking the paperclip icon, you have the option to add files directly from the cloud or from your computer.

On the right side, you will have access to the notes made during the service, being able, if necessary, to delete them

The notes will be highlighted in the center of the service.
