# SAC 360º - Filters - Groups

The filter for **Groups** in SAC 360 allows you to show or hide the **WhatsApp groups** within the list of conversations.\
This feature is useful for operations that work with support groups, internal communication, or collective atendances — but also for those who prefer to hide them to keep the screen more organized.

### ⚙️ How to apply the Groups filter

1. Access the menu **General > 360 Helpdesk**, or type **"360 Helpdesk"** in the field **"Find services"**.
2. In the left sidebar, locate the section **Filters**.
3. Click **Groups**.
4. Choose between:
   * **Show WhatsApp groups**
   * **Hide WhatsApp groups**

SAC will automatically update the list according to your choice.

### 🔧 Before using: enable groups in the settings

For groups to appear in SAC 360, it is necessary to enable this feature:

1. Access the **gear (System settings)**.
2. Go to **WhatsApp Web account settings**.
3. Enable the option **Show groups in SAC**.
4. Save the changes.

Only after enabling this feature will groups be displayed in the list and be filterable.

### 📌 When to use this filter?

* When you want to see only individual conversations.
* When your operation uses groups for support and you want to monitor them.
* To make the dashboard cleaner when groups are not necessary.
* To separate collective atendances from direct atendances.

### 💡 Useful tips

* If your team participates in many WhatsApp groups, keeping display turned off prevents cluttering the screen.
* Combine the **Groups** with **Status**, **Responsible party**, **Department** or **Period** for more accurate analyses.
