filterSAC 360º - Filters - By Responsible

In the SprintHub 360 Helpdesk, the filter by responsible allows viewing only the tickets assigned to a specific agent. This feature is ideal for monitoring individual team performance, redistributing workloads, or checking an employee's ongoing tickets.


⚙️ How to apply the filter by assignee

  1. Access the menu General > 360 Helpdesk, or type "360 Helpdesk" in the field "Find services".

  2. In the left sidebar, locate the Filters.

  3. Click Responsible party.

  4. Choose the agent you want to view.

The dashboard will display only the tickets assigned to the selected assignee.


💡 Tip

  • Combine the Responsible party with other filters, such as Platforms, Departments or Stages, to further refine your view.

  • If the ticket does not yet have an assigned assignee, it will not appear in this filter until it is assigned.

The filter by assignee helps to:

  • Track the number of tickets per agent.

  • Ensure no conversation goes unanswered.

  • Identify bottlenecks or overload on a team member.
