# SAC 360º - Filters - By Period

The filter **By period** SAC 360 allows you to view interactions within a specific date range.\
This feature is ideal for tracking metrics, analyzing team productivity, monitoring demand spikes, or reviewing interactions carried out in a day, week, or month.

### ⚙️ How to apply the period filter

Follow the steps below to filter interactions by date:

1. Access the menu **General > SAC 360**, or type **“SAC 360”** in the field **“Find services”**.
2. In the left sidebar, locate the section **Filters**.
3. Click on **By period**.
4. Choose the desired range, such as:
   * Today
   * Yesterday
   * Last 7 days
   * Last 30 days
   * Custom (select a start and end date)
5. After selecting it, SAC will update the list showing only the interactions within the chosen period.

### 📌 When to use this filter?

* To analyze interactions from a **specific day**.
* To track weekly or monthly volume.
* To evaluate the performance of campaign periods.
* To quickly find older conversations.
* To cross-reference information with other filters, such as **Responsible**, **department** or **platform**.

You can combine the filter **By period** with other filters — such as **department**, **Responsible** or **platform** — to obtain more accurate and complete analyses.
