# SAC 360º - Filters - By Platform

The **SprintHub 360 Helpdesk** gathers all your service channels in one place — such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Live Chat.\
To make conversation management easier, you can **filter services by platform**, viewing only the channels you want to follow at that moment.

***

#### ⚙️ Where to find the platform filter

1. Access the menu **General > 360 Helpdesk**, or type **"360 Helpdesk"** in the field **"Find services"**.
2. In the left sidebar, locate the **Filters**.
3. Click **Platforms**.
4. Select the channel you want to view.

The available channels are:

* <i class="fa-whatsapp" style="color:green;">:whatsapp:</i> **WhatsApp API**
* <i class="fa-whatsapp" style="color:purple;">:whatsapp:</i> **WhatsApp Web**
* <i class="fa-instagram" style="color:red;">:instagram:</i> **Instagram**
* <i class="fa-facebook-messenger" style="color:blue;">:facebook-messenger:</i> **Facebook**
* <i class="fa-comment-dots" style="color:purple;">:comment-dots:</i> **Live Chat**

When you apply the filter, the system will display only the services received through the selected channel.

#### 💡 Tip

You can combine the **Platform** filter with other SAC filters, such as:

* **Departments** (to see only the services from a specific department)
* **Responsible party** (to view an agent's conversations)
* **Stages** (to monitor the service status)

This helps to have a more targeted view of the operation.

***

#### 🧠 Why use this filter

The platform filter is ideal for:

* Monitoring the volume of messages in each channel.
* Analyzing team performance by service origin.
* Focusing efforts on your company's most active channel.

***

👉 **Practical example:**\
If you want to follow only the services from **WhatsApp API**, just apply the corresponding platform filter — the dashboard will show only those conversations, making it easier to focus and control the channel.
