# SAC 360º - Receiving Messages from WhatsApp Groups

On the SprintHub main screen, we will first set up the WhatsApp WEB account within the Platform.

During the account setup process, it is possible to add the option to receive messages from the WhatsApp Group in the same place.

By adding it, you will be able to monitor messages in SAC 360° and schedule messages in SAC 360° service sessions.&#x20;
