Automation Flows: Linking a Company to a Lead
With SprintHub, you can automate the linking and updating of Companies based on Lead data.
Through custom fields on the Lead, it is possible to identify and automatically associate a specific Company, ensuring that information is always synchronized. In addition, you can update the Company's data as the Lead changes, keeping the CRM organized, accurate, and with less manual effort. This automation provides more agility in processes, improves customer relationships, and increases the efficiency of your sales team.

To create and run your flow, follow these steps:
Create the Automation Flow:
Go to Automation Flows through “Find Services”. Or just type the name, and the function appears.
To create, click “+ New”.
Configure and Create:
Enter a Name: Give a descriptive name for your flow.
Enter a description: detail of what will happen in the flow.
Configure a Segment: Choose one of your preference.
Category: Choose one of your preference. This is optional
Allow leads to restart the flow?: It depends on your strategy.
If set to “YES”, it will go through the flow more than once.
Click “Open Builder”, to create the flow with your actions and conditions.

4. Save the Automation Flow:
After making the necessary creations and changes. Save your Flow and publish.
Published: By selecting "YES", the flow will start working immediately.
Next, you will be able to view the statistics and the Leads that went through the flow.
The Lead history displays all changes related to the company and the linked data, accessible in the left side section.
