Automation Flows – Identification of Leads without a Valid WhatsApp

With SprintHub, you automatically identify and separate Leads that do not have a valid WhatsApp number. This optimizes your flows and reduces failures when sending messages via WhatsApp.

To perform verification of valid WhatsApp numbers, you must have a WhatsApp Web account connected to the platform.

To create and run your flow, follow these steps:

1. Create the Automation Flow:

• Go to Automation Flows through “Find Services”. Or just type the name, and the function appears.

• To create, click “+ New”.

1. Configure and Create:

• Enter a Name: Give a descriptive name for your flow.

• Enter a description: detail of what will happen in the flow.

• Configure a Segment: Choose one of your preference.

• Category: Choose one of your preference. This is optional

• Allow leads to restart the flow?: It depends on your strategy.

If set to “YES”, it will go through the flow more than once.

• Click “Open Builder”, to create the flow with your actions and conditions.

After making the necessary creations and changes. Save your Flow and publish.

• Published: By selecting "YES", the flow will start working immediately.

Next, you will be able to view the statistics and the Leads that went through the flow.

In the history of the segment to be included, already bringing the data of the inserted Leads.
