CRM - Automation with Chatbot

With SprintHub, you automate the activation of your chatbot directly through the CRM, optimizing communication with Leads that already have Opportunities created but have not yet started an interaction. It is also ideal for qualifying Leads through flows with multiple questions in a practical and efficient way.

CRM automations can execute actions even without specific triggers or conditions — it is enough for the Opportunity to be created or moved to the desired stage.

  1. Create an Automation:

  • Access your CRM: Through “Find Services”. Or just type the name, and the feature appears.

  • Go to the Automations section.

  • Start creation: Click "Create Automation" using the "+" button.

  1. Configure and Save:

  • Enter a Title: Give the automation a descriptive name.

  • Set up a Trigger: You can use a trigger of your choice.

  • Configure the Condition: You can use one or more conditions of your choice.

But note: without using triggers, it will be necessary to enable condition checks. These checks will occur at varying time intervals, which can range from minutes to hours, depending on the number of automations and leads in your instance.

  • Choose the Action: Start the chatbot.

  • Configure the Action.

  • Describe exactly what the action will do.

  • Save the Automation: After configuring, save the automation.

Likewise, you can use the 'Stop chatbot' action whenever it is necessary to interrupt automatic communication.

"To create this automation in the funnel, go to the 'Funnel Automations' tab and click '+ New Automation'. Remember: funnel automations are only executed on Opportunities with status 'Open'."

CONCLUSION

Using this type of automation in the CRM makes your processes much more agile and efficient, ensuring that important actions are executed automatically at the right time without depending on manual triggers or conditions. This reduces operational failures, improves response time, and keeps the funnel always moving.
