CRM - Automation to Archive Opportunities

In this article, you will learn how to set up an automation in your CRM to archive Opportunities, preventing them from continuing to be affected by automations and future updates. This practice will also help reduce the number of Opportunities in your pipeline, ensuring that only active Opportunities are considered in the CRM.

Archiving an opportunity will not delete it, but it will no longer be able to participate in any automated system in SprintHub.

It is not possible to unarchive an Opportunity through automations; this process must be done manually. To learn how to unarchive it, follow the instructions provided at the end of this article.

1. Create an Automation:

• Access your CRM: Through “Find Services”. Or just type the name, and the function appears.

• Go to the Automations section.

• Start creation: Click "Create Automation" using the "+" button.

1. Configure and Save:

• Enter a Title: Give the automation a descriptive name.

• Set up a Trigger: You can use a trigger of your choice.

• Configure the Condition: You can use a condition of your choice.

But note: without using triggers, it will be necessary to enable condition checks. These checks will occur at varying time intervals, which can range from minutes to hours, depending on the number of automations and leads in your instance.

• Choose the Action: Archive Opportunities.

• Configure the Action.

• Describe exactly what the action will do.

• Save the Automation: After configuring, save the automation.

In this example, no triggers or conditions were used, because the archiving will be triggered directly by the movements on the Opportunity Cards themselves.

1. Run the Automation:

• Start the Automation: Press “play” to begin execution.

Done! Your automation is configured and running.

To create this automation in the funnel. Switch to the “Funnel Automations” tab and click “+ New Automation.”

By following these steps, you will ensure that your Opportunities are archived.

Unarchive the Opportunity

1. Return to your pipeline screen to view the Opportunities. You can identify archived Opportunities by the icon on the Card, and you can also filter specifically to display only archived Opportunities. After that, click the Opportunity title;

2. Click the settings ⚙️ and then click “Unarchive”. To confirm, click “Yes”

Done! The Opportunity has been successfully unarchived!
