# CRM - Automation to Archive Opportunities

### In this article, you will learn how to set up an automation in your CRM to archive Opportunities, preventing them from continuing to be affected by automations and future updates. This practice will also help reduce the number of Opportunities in your pipeline, ensuring that only active Opportunities are considered in the CRM.

1. **Create an Automation:**

* Access your CRM: Through “Find Services”. Or just type the name, and the function appears.
* Go to the Automations section.
* Start creation: Click "Create Automation" using the "+" button.

2. **Configure and Save:**

* **Enter a Title:** Give the automation a descriptive name.
* **Set up a Trigger:** You can use a trigger of your choice.
* **Configure the Condition:** You can use a condition of your choice.

> But note: without using triggers, it will be necessary to enable condition checks. These checks will occur at varying time intervals, which can range from minutes to hours, depending on the number of automations and leads in your instance.

* **Choose the Action:** Archive Opportunities.
* **Configure the Action.**
* **Describe** exactly what the action will do.
* **Save the Automation:** After configuring, save the automation.

3. **Run the Automation:**

* **Start the Automation:** Press “play” to begin execution.

*By following these steps, you will ensure that your Opportunities are archived.*

## **Unarchive the Opportunity**

1. Return to your pipeline screen to view the Opportunities. You can identify archived Opportunities by the icon on the Card, and you can also filter specifically to display only archived Opportunities. After that, click the Opportunity title;
2. Click the settings ⚙️ and then click “Unarchive”. To confirm, click “Yes”
