🔐Permissions in the CRM funnel

You can also change users' access permissions directly in the funnel.

But remember: the main setting that controls permissions comes from the permission group, click here to learn more.

See the step-by-step below:

  1. Go to CRM

  1. Click on the funnel settings, go to Funnel List, and click Settings

  1. At the bottom you will see the Funnel access permissions with the following options:

  • Owner user and/or owner department - indicates the user/department responsible for creating the funnel

  • Only owner and people from the department and subdepartments - refers to assigning to the funnel owner, possibly including departments and subdepartments.

  • Specific people and departments - indicate specific people and departments.

  • All departments - Everyone will have access to the funnel.

Choose the desired option and save the setting.
