You can automate a variety of processes and speed up tasks related to your customers. This includes activities such as audience segmentation, sending personalized communications, and much more.

Through SprintHub's CRM Automation, you can automate a variety of processes and speed up tasks related to your clients. This includes activities such as audience segmentation, sending personalized communications, and much more.
To get started, click on General, then on "CRM-Sales Management".
To get started, click the gear icon. Then, choose the desired stage and, finally, click the plus (+) icon.
Now, customize your automation in the way that best suits your preferences.
1- Define a title for your Automation.
2- What are the conditions for the actions to be executed.
3- What will happen when an opportunity falls into this stage and meets the programmed conditions.
4- Whether this automation should be executed multiple times while an opportunity remains in this stage.
5- Finally, just Save your Automation.

The example shows that the following was set as the Condition: The lead attends a meeting, and as the Action: Send a WhatsApp message to the lead. You can choose which account will send the WhatsApp message, what the message content will be, and you can include the lead's name, the company name, and much more. You can also send a URL in the message.
You have the option to configure the Automatic Creation of Opportunities in the stage you selected:
This automation allows you to save time and effort, since opportunities will be generated automatically according to the specified interactions and criteria, making the process more efficient and without the need for manual intervention in each case.
1- When the selected conditions are met, a new opportunity will be created for the lead, if it does not already exist in the funnel.
2- Configure the data for the new opportunities to be created. We recommend that you use tokens to create opportunities with variations. (The use of tokens allows you to automate the opportunity creation process based on predefined templates, making it more efficient and adaptable to different situations and requirements.)
3- We will only create new opportunities if this automation is Active.
4- Finally, just click on "Save Automation".
Configure the Automatic Movement of opportunities for this stage:
Based on previously established criteria and rules, opportunities will automatically be transferred or moved to the next stage of the process, without the need for manual intervention.
1- When the conditions are met, an opportunity that is in another stage will be automatically moved to this one.
2- We will only move opportunities if this automation is Published.
3- If the answer is yes, we will move the opportunity even if it is in a later stage than this one (RECOMMENDED TO USE THE "NO" OPTION)
Finally, just click Save Automation.
