CRM - Custom Fields on Funnel Opportunity

Customize the fields according to your company's strategy. At SprintHub, we provide the flexibility to create fields that precisely meet your needs.

To create Custom Fields, follow the step-by-step below:

Regardless of the pipeline you are in within the CRM, click the gear icon to access settings

After performing the step above, you can click the option "Custom fields" and then "New field"

Customize your settings

"Field name": Add the field name here (Required to create the field).

"Field type": Choose the option for how this field will be filled, such as Text, Number, Date, Time, Date and time, List and File (Required to create the field).

"Default value": Add the field's default value here; if no value is provided, we will assume this is the field's value.

"Global": If set to "YES", the field will be displayed in all pipelines.

"Visible in": Select the pipeline where the field will be displayed. If you need to display it in all pipelines, check the global option.

"Required": If marked as required, the user will be forced to fill out this field.

If you have more "Custom Fields", you can filter them on the main screen using "Filter by Pipeline"

Within the pipeline, click the name of the opportunity to which you want to add Custom Fields

After performing the above procedure, click "Add Section"

You will configure the name of the section you want to assign and add the "Custom Field" you registered. Finally, click "Save"

Double-clicking the "Unfilled field" will show the option to edit and save
