CRM - Customizing the Reason for Winning or Losing an Opportunity

Customize the Win and Loss Reasons in your Sales Funnel opportunities. At SprintHub, we offer the flexibility to create fields that fit your needs exactly.

Inside SprintHub's CRM, you can access the settings by clicking "Configuration", regardless of the Sales Funnel.

Completing the step above, you can click "Reasons (Win or Loss)".

On this screen, all previously registered reasons will be displayed. However, it is possible to edit them or create new ones. If there is an opportunity linked, deletion of the reason will not be allowed.

To edit, just click "Edit". If you need to delete, just click "Delete".

To create a new reason, just click "Create Reason".

"Type": Choose the type of reason. (Required field to create the reason.)

"Description": Describe the reason. (Required field to create the reason.)

Finally, you can click the "Save".

In the Funnel where you want to record the opportunity's Win or Loss, click on the "Opportunity" in the desired Stage and then you can click "Win" or "Loss"

By clicking "Win" or "Loss", the registered reason will be displayed

After making the choice, simply click the "Mark as Won" or "Mark as Lost"

To follow up on the opportunities you just marked as "Won" or "Loss", you can by clicking this "Filter"
